Blended Learning

Skills Shop allows a blended learning approach for the delivery of first aid qualifications. 

Trainer/assessors must use and ensure full completion of Skills Shop’s course paperwork produced for classroom training and adhere to all guidance and normal requirements such as completing the electronic Participant Declaration Form. 

Distance learning is restricted to ⅓ of the total guided learning hours.  For Emergency First Aid in the Workplace, a maximum of 2 hours is permitted to be taught online.  Any self-marking assessments forms part of the total qualifying time (TQT) and site outside of the 6 guided learning hours.
