Pre-Training Questionnaires

On-Site Training

When delivering on-site training, it is the responsibility of the trainer to ensure that the facilities are suitable and allow all participants to engage fully in the course. This includes checking that the environment is safe, accessible, and equipped with the necessary resources.

To assist with this, Skills Shop Ltd sends out a pre-training questionnaire, which helps us gather important information about the venue and any specific needs of the participants. The questionnaire includes the following key points:

  • Venue address
  • Parking restrictions
  • Use of equipment (such as TV or projector)
  • Refreshments
  • Confirmation that the space is suitable for the training taking place.

Participant Questionnaire

It is important to gather participants’ names, email addresses, and any relevant health concerns prior to training to allow for any necessary reasonable adjustments or special considerations. This information also ensures that joining instructions can be issued in a timely manner. At Skills Shop Ltd, we use Get Formly to issue an electronic questionnaire that captures this information.

Storing of Information

Please refer to our Paperwork Handling and Storage guidance.
